Pay an invoice

Your invoices can be accessed through the patient portal or through a secure link emailed by your practitioner. You can instantly pay for your invoice as soon as you open it.

Tip

You can add your card payment details in your patient portal so you won't have to enter your card details every time.

Note

Storing your card information in the patient portal allows you to pay without revealing your financial information to the practitioner, who cannot access your card details. For more details, see our FAQ for how we ensure your card's security.

How processing fee is calculated

Calculation

Practitioner receives the full $100 for the service after the processing fee is deducted.

If practitioner receives $100, that means: Amount Charged - Processing Fee = $100

The processing fee is calculated from the total amount charged to you on the invoice, not the service amount.

100 = x - 0.019x - 1
101 = x - 0.019x
101 = 0.981x
101/0.981 = x
x = 102.96

x = Amount Charged (the total amount you paid on the invoice)

Note

If you want to know the invoice processing fee rate, contact your practitioner.
