If you have a video call with your practitioner, all you need to do is access the link sent to you and join the call when your practitioner logs on.

Open the email or SMS containing the join link sent by your practitioner and click the link. (If you cannot find the message with the join link, contact your practitioner.)

The waiting room appears. Use this screen to test that your camera, microphone and speakers are working properly.
Click any of these dropdowns to change or test your camera, microphone and speakers

When your practitioner joins the session, click Join to enter the call.

In the call, you can:

video clapper icon: Change your view options

waterdrop icon: Blur your video background

microphone icon: Mute your microphone

video icon: Turn off your video camera

cogwheel icon: Configure your audio and video settings

When the session finishes, you can wait for the practitioner to hang up or you can click the
red phone icon
Tip
If you accidentally closed the browser window or tab, you can rejoin the session with the same join link as long as you did not click the End Call (red phone) icon.
