With Halaxy Chat, you can easily message your practitioner for quick questions and follow-ups, giving you faster access to care. If your practitioner has this feature enabled, you’ll be able to send and receive messages directly through your Halaxy patient portal.
Note
Chat availability depends on your practitioner’s settings, so check with your practitioner to see if this option is available for you.

To open the chat page, on the sidebar, click Practitioners > Chat.

The chat page is only visible when a practitioner has started a chat conversation with you.

Click the
sort ascending icon or
sort descending icon to change the sorting of your conversations (oldest or newest).

When you receive new chat messages, you receive chat notifications via the
speech bubble icon in the topbar.

Practitioners may disable your chat feature at any time.
